Covering admin functionalities, feedback, performance reviews, 1:1 meetings, and more, these are the product updates and new features you won&#8217;t want to miss.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Here&#8217;s a rundown of the most important improvements we&#8217;ve made. <\/span><\/p>\n<h2>Administration<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Using the <\/span><b>new filters for Objectives<\/b><span> (located in the Helpful Resources sidebar), you&#8217;ll quickly find open objectives for your\u00a0 1:1 discussions, performance reviews, and more.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>The Praise export now includes IDs, Department, Location, Type, and Team. You&#8217;ll have all the data needed to slice and dice.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>If you&#8217;re integrated with BambooHR, you can now sync custom fields.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Feedback<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><span>Some questions are crucial. Now HR can <a href=\"https:\/\/resources.small-improvements.com\/knowledge-base\/questions-in-performance-reviews-and-360-feedback\/#templates\">create their own library of templates<\/a>.<\/span><\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><span><a href=\"https:\/\/resources.small-improvements.com\/knowledge-base\/setting-up-a-360o-feedback-cycle\/#automate-your-reminders\">Automate your 360s with automated emails<\/a> to begin nominations, approve nominations, and give nudges.<\/span><\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><span>Employees can <strong>review themselves<\/strong> in Anytime Feedback to provide self-reflection.<\/span><\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><span>Want more flexibility in how you ask questions?
