Let the team pick!<br \/>\nWatch our recent webinar to see the changes live:<\/p>\n<p>Performance Reviews<\/p>\n<p>We added performance ratings over time to our Insights feature, which displays the average rating over time and high-performance growth ratings.<br \/>\nYou can make all Review question types into confidential questions.<br \/>\nAutomatically send the launch emails for your Review cycle launch.<br \/>\nCalibration is now available, allowing you to set specific periods for managers to edit and share content or ratings.<br \/>\nExtend your cycle timeline for individuals, without making changes to the cycle timeline for everyone.<br \/>\nHidden employment and termination fields on profiles enhance Insights. You may find your team needs to effectively run analysis of ratings based on termination and employment type.<br \/>\nAutomatically nudge employees to get started on their assessments.<br \/>\nCustomize emails on a per cycle basis.<\/p>\n<p>Anytime Feedback<\/p>\n<p>Our new feature revamp makes it easy for employees to both proactively give and request feedback.<br \/>\nOur overhauled trends and insights screen allows for an overview of feedback requests.<br \/>\nEnhanced HR controls for feedback, control what HR can see across requests.<br \/>\nAnonymous proactive feedback is now possible.<br \/>\nCustomize emails in Anytime Feedback.<\/p>\n<p>New Navigation and Admin Dashboard<br \/>\nOur new admin navigation introduced an easier way to navigate the platform for HR Admins, HR Assistants, and Tech Admins. Moving away from the tab format, each feature now has it&#8217;s own dedicated page and an admin toggle to easily switch between the Employee and Admin view.<\/p>\n<p>1:1 Meetings<\/p>\n<p>Instead of writing your to-dos notes on a post-it, create Action Items right in your meeting. HR Admins can enable Action Items on the meeting settings page.<br \/>\nYou can share 1:1 meetings with anyone in your company.<br \/>\nAs an HR admin, you can implement global visibility for content from the 1:1 Meetings page.<br \/>\nPersonal Templates are now possible, allowing managers and ICs to manage and create their own templates for use in their meetings.<br \/>\nChange the visibility on all of your meetings with a click of a button.<br \/>\nMore easily find shared meetings from user profiles and overview screens.<\/p>\n<p>Customization and User Management<\/p>\n<p>We\u2019ve created a new role called \u201cSecondary Manager which allows you to grant a coach or second manager access to 360 feedback and objectives.<br \/>\nTailor Small Improvements to your organization\u2019s culture and needs with Custom Wording.<br \/>\nRestricting fields on user profiles to give greater data consistency.<br \/>\nAny user can sign in with Google to log in to their Small Improvements account from our login page.<br \/>\nExpanded security control to require all users to use 2FA from the security settings panel.<br \/>\nExport data for a specific employee on the profile page without having to export individual cycles.<\/p>\n<p>360 Feedback<\/p>\n<p>In 360s, we made gaining feedback faster: employees can nominate without manager approval.<br \/>\nManagers can now manually release 360 feedback before the cycle deadline.<br \/>\nCustomize emails for 360s on a per cycle basis.<\/p>\n<p>Pulse Surveys<\/p>\n<p>You can share Pulse results with any user regardless of admin permissions.<br \/>\nHR Assistants can launch new Pulse Surveys and view results for surveys they created.<br \/>\nEdit and update existing Pulse surveys before they go out to employees.<br \/>\nGet answers when you need them by setting a deadline for monthly Pulse Surveys.<br \/>\nEnhanced reporting allows you to select a range in survey results or focus on a single survey.<\/p>\n<p>Coming soon<br \/>\nCalibration with secondary overall rating<br \/>\nIn addition to our new calibration timeline, we&#8217;re introducing a secondary overall rating so that your teams can calibrate ratings from an initial pre-calibrated rating submitted by the manager and a final rating. This feature includes an export\/import functionality for ratings and a visual display.<\/p>\n<p>Automations<br \/>\nSaving you time, the new Automations feature allows you to first set up automated Feedback requests based on an employee&#8217;s hire date. Examples of where this is useful is if you&#8217;d like to collect feedback from and about an employee in their first 90 days.<\/p>\n<p>Interested in trying out our new features?
