Our messaging feature can be used to praise people or to take notes. Users can decide to post publicly or to just share with a subset of other staff. The ability to take private notes makes it a great feature, but it also means HR and admins don’t have as much insight into the messaging feature as they have into the more admin-driven features such as reviews or 360s.

We’ve often been asked by clients whether we can implement a basic message statistic screen, so we decided to slot it in. The new screen allows you to look at all-time statistics or at statistics per quarter.

You’ll find the link to the statistics on the admin overview screen, in the bottom right corner.
